MiftahLink provides AI-powered lead response and management services for real estate professionals in Dubai. Our platform includes automated lead qualification, property inquiry responses, viewing scheduling, and analytics tools. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
User Obligations
As a user, you agree to: provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, use the service only for lawful purposes, not misrepresent your identity or listings, and comply with all applicable Dubai and UAE regulations regarding real estate transactions.
Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
MiftahLink is not liable for: lost profits or revenue, indirect or consequential damages, actions of third parties, or decisions made based on AI responses. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. These terms are governed by UAE law.
