Getting Started with MiftahLink

Welcome to MiftahLink! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• An active MiftahLink account
• Access to your property listings
• Your calendar credentials (Google or Outlook)

Step 1: Account Setup

Create Your Profile

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings > Profile
3. Upload your photo and add your bio
4. Set your working hours

Configure Your Agent URL

Your unique agent URL is how leads will contact you. Customize it in Settings > Agent URL.

Step 2: Connect Your Platforms

WhatsApp Integration

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click "Connect WhatsApp"
3. Scan the QR code

Email Setup

Configure your email templates and signatures.

Step 3: Import Your Listings

Manual Entry

Add listings one by one with full details.

Bulk Import

Upload a CSV file with multiple listings.

Platform Sync

Connect to PropertyFinder, Bayut, or Dubizzle.

Step 4: Configure AI Responses

Tone Settings

Choose between Professional, Friendly, or Custom.

Language Settings

Enable Arabic and Persian for multilingual support.

Step 5: Test Your Setup

Send a test inquiry to verify everything works.
